Launch assistance services include the following:

  1. Initial Call: An introductory call to understand your business operations and needs, confirm key data points, and set clear expectations and timelines for the launch process.
  2. Core Product and Customer Data Migration: Facilitate the extraction and transfer of some key data from your current POS system, including products, images, inventory, customers, and ensuring all data is organized and accessible. Note that historical data migration is not included in these services.
  3. System Setup and Audit: Perform a pre-launch audit to identify and document any setup issues, and ensure all configurations, such as payments and taxes, are correctly implemented.
  4. Go-Live Support: Support with updating inventory levels, removing storefront passwords, importing gift card data, and conducting test transactions, while providing ongoing support for five days post-launch to resolve any immediate issues.
