Are there fees when I load value onto these gift cards?

How much can I customize these cards?

Go as custom as you want! You can upload your own completely finished design if you've got one ready. Or pick from professional templates and add your logo and brand colors. Either way, they'll look like they were made just for your business (because they were).
Who is eCardSystems and why am I going to their website?

They're our partner who prints your beautiful gift cards. We send you to them directly so you get the best customization options and can approve everything before it goes to print.

How many do I need to order, and how long until they arrive?

You'll see minimum order quantities and pricing details when you get to the eCardSystems portal. Most merchants receive their cards within 5-7 business days after approving the final design.

Set up your gift cards in Shopify POS
Enable
  • Open Shopify POS app → Settings → Gift Cards
  • Enable "Physical gift cards" option
Sell
  • Tap More actions → Add gift card → Physical gift card
  • Select amount (pre-set or custom)
  • Scan card's QR code or enter unique code manually
  • Complete checkout with customer's payment
Redeem
  • Scan the QR code with your device camera, or
  • Tap "Enter gift card code" and type it manually

The gift card balance will apply to the purchase
